ESG Agro Products
In 2021, we structured a specialized area for developing ESG products for agribusiness, seeking to align our commercial and decarbonization strategy for the segment with best sustainability practices. Our product line includes 5 product lines and Reverte, a partnership with Syngenta, whose objective is to convert degraded areas into arable land.

Methodology
In partnership with Imaflora, guidelines were established for the creation of ESG products for agribusiness, aligned with the Green Loan Principles of the Loan Market Association. The products aim to contribute to the reduction of emissions in rural activities, through cover cropping in annual crops, avoided deforestation, and conversion of degraded pastures into cropland. In addition to the criteria for each type of loan, additional socio-environmental criteria are considered, including a commitment to no deforestation, even if legal, in the financed area during the operation.
Results
In 2024, R$ 2.5 billion was granted in ESG products for agriculture, through the lines of Bioinputs Use and Commercialization, Solar Energy, Certifications, and Cover Crops. In 2024, R$ 669 million was contracted for the conversion of 79,000 hectares of degraded pastures into cropland. Since the beginning of the program in 2021, R$ 1.6 billion has been contracted and allocated to the conversion of 239,000 hectares. Finally, we aligned some products with IFACC, which totaled US$ 344 million in financing within the commitment (150,000 hectares), representing approximately 70% of the total reported in the last year.
