Aliel Machaco (PV\/PR) maintained in the text all the changes approved by the Federal Senate, with the exception of art. 56 (investment of resources from insurance companies&#039; technical reserves), where the text of art. 60 originally approved by the Chamber was reestablished.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The establishment of a regulated carbon market, advocated by CEBDS since 2016, is a fundamental strategic issue for the country.
